Fleur Bistro is located in the heart of Capitol Hill in an old Victorian home (built in 1872). When I first moved to Denver I was captured by this old house…it was abandoned and worn down but it was beautiful. What was not evident was the astonishing interior detail and architecture of this house that was fortunately brought back to life when Fleur Bistro opened its doors. This neighborhood restaurant makes affordable food with fresh, local ingredients.
Fleur Bistro has good bunch and it is one of my favorite spots due to the great patio and bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys
The patio is a nice place to relax on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. They have various breakfast items: eggs Benedict, breakfast wraps, omelets, stuffed French toast and more.
Both of the bottomless drink choices are delicious and they keep them coming! We started our meal with a cinnamon roll appetizer! They make a fresh batch every Saturday and Sunday morning and I suggest trying them! If the picture hasn’t already sold you…they are sugary, gooey and delicious.
My favorite item on their menu thus far is their Veggi Wrap with eggs, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, spinach, and goat cheese topped with tomatillo sauce. This combination has immense flavor and the tomatillo sauce tops it off perfectly. Since I am writing a review though I felt I should try some other options.

Next time I am in I want to try the Smothered Potato Cakes and I will definitely be getting more cinnamon rolls, yum! This place is a breakfast spot for me but they also serve dinner which I am sure is just as delicious. I enjoy going out for breakfast more than dinner so I don’t have as many dinner spots but I will have to try their dinner soon.
Sadly I won’t get to partake (being from Australia and all) but now I know of a land where they have brunch all day and bottomless Mimosa’s & Bloody Mary’s *sigh*
I love the sound of those smothered potato cakes, mmm….
ha ha we do enjoy brunch on the weekends. But don’t be too sad! I will eventually post about making good Mimosas and Bloody Marys then you can enjoy them from the lovely comport of your home
Lol, that’s even more dangerous than having an entire batch of sugar cookies in my home… Ha ha!
Looks awesome!
Thanks! It is a fun spot
