I feel both ecstatic and flattered to have been nominated for the One Lovely Blog Award by lovelivingincolorado. This blog is great for people traveling to Colorado or for those who live here but still haven’t seen all that Colorado has to offer! Lovelivingincolorado posts about restaurants, events, places to see, and more. I am very honored to have been nominated for this award.

- I am the youngest of 6.
- I am a Georgia Peach. I grew up in Colorado but was born in Macon, Georgia.
- I am a mechanical engineer.

- I live in Colorado but have only skied and snowboarded twice.

Would you believe I live in the Vancouver (the land of ocean AND mountains) and I don’t ski at all! Too funny…..

ha ha I think that is always how it goes…people come to Colorado to ski or snowboard but I grew up here. Weird concept but I see it a lot where people that grew up here don’t necessarily do either of those. On the contrary I use the mountains for hiking, camping, and rafting!

And that is crazy…small world. I was there my first 9 years but of course you only remember some of those years. I know I always thought our house was so huge..then i went and saw it when I was older and it was not that huge lol
