After seeing everyone’s festive posts for St. Patrick’s Day, I felt I needed one of my own. Nothing screams St. Patrick’s Day more than beer, green and Irish so I decided to whip up some Guinness Brownies. After seeing Leah over at Inspire & Indulge drizzle Andes Mints on some sugar cookies, I was craving Andes Mints. So to add a little “green” to my dish I added an Andes Mint topping
