There are many changes that have been going on in my life which may be evident by my roller coaster blogging habits. I have things to write about but find myself caught up in life and sometimes lacking the blogging motivation. Most of you that have been reading, know that I have graduated from school but what many of you might not know yet, is I am about to embark on a journey. In about two weeks (yikes!) I will be heading to Europe with no real plan but just myself and a back pack.
I am feeling excited, nervous, anxious, scared, and well a little bit stressed as I have quite a few things I need to get done before departing. At least one of those items is mostly done- I finally moved all my stuff back home into storage for while I am gone. I gave away a lot of stuff which felt nice and then packed the rest. I tried to finish off a lot of food and that is where this recipe comes in. Cleaning out my cupboards, I had small amounts of several types of chips and felt they needed to be used π
These Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies were one of my first recipes on my blog back in 2012. They are still a regular, as they never seem to fail, but this time I not only added white chocolate chips but dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips! Hence, Chip Extravaganza! These were a huge hit! It will be hard making these the “regular” way again- I may have to keep all chips on hand! π

Those are all paces I am hoping to visit during my travels π Cheers!
