Summer is always busy…there are so many fun things I want to do and there never seems to be enough time.
There are so many places I want to see and food I want to make.
This past weekend was spent camping in Durango, Colorado. It is always great to get away but nothing seems to get done while I’m gone! π
The inspiration for baking gluten and dairy-free was my friend that joined us…
You can probably tell, I just barely snagged a picture of these! They were delicious, if I may say so myself π
There are no recipes to share today but soon π
Also, stay tuned for honeyville, Ska Brewery, Durango Brewing Company, Mexican Fiesta and much more!
In Colorado, whenever there is a storm, blue skies are never far away…

Oy, Word press ate my comment. One more time with feeling: I love the mood of this post and wish that I could reach out and steal one bite (who am I kidding, many many bites!) of this YUM choc chip zucchini bread.
π Thank Azita!! You are too kind π
You are making me miss Colorado and the 4:00 pm thunder showers.
*sigh*
haha ya the 4:00 pm showers that last 10 minutes…I play v-ball at 6 outside during the week and it always “seems” like it might get cancelled…but no…the rain stops π lol
I remember that it would pour like mad for 10-20 minutes, the aspens would rattle away and then the sun would come out. Love your blog. Thanks for sharing. π
Cheers,
Laura
haha yep, so true! Glad you like!! π
